Naissance et éducation
Cheikh Muhammad Niang est née le 6 février 1968 à Thiès Keur Madarou dans une famille religieuse.
Ses études :
Il a appris le Coran de la main de son père et de son oncle, puis il a rejoint l’école Dar al-Qur’an.
Dans cette école, il a rencontré Son Eminence Cheikh Abdel Moneim Al-Zein lors d’une visite d’inspection effectuée par Son Eminence. Au cours de la visite, Son Eminence a écouté Cheikh Mouhammad lire des versets du Saint Coran. Dans sa lecture, il a attiré son attention sur sa voix et l’a ensuite choisi avec trois de ses camarades de classe.
Cheikh Muhammad Niang a rejoint le Collège Al Zahra à Dakar, et après y avoir étudié pendant trois ans, il a voyagé au Liban, il a rejoint le Hawza dans la ville de Sour, où il a reçu ses études en licence. Il a fréquenté de nombreux érudits distingués et après cela, il a déménagé à Beyrouth et où il a poursuivi ses études dans la recherche externe était entre les mains de Seyed Jaafar Mourtada et avec Son Eminence Seyed Muhammad Hussein Fadlallah jusqu’à la fin de 1999.
Postes et responsabilités
Après son rentre au Sénégal il est nommé l’imam par son éminence Cheikh Abdel Moneim Al-Zein comme son assistant de l’imam de la mosquée pendant son absence, le porte-parole du khalif général des partisans d’Ahl-Bayt (as) du Sénégal. Et le secrétaire général du Conseil des oulémas d’Ah-Bayt (as) du Sénégal, président du comité de travail chiite, un guide religieux au Collège de Zahra (as), coordinateur de la Communauté Arabe Islamique pour Soutenir la Résistance, professeur à la Hawza Al-Rassoul Al-Akram (Pslf) à Dakar et professeur à l’Université internationale Al-Mustafa, branche du Sénégal.
Cheikh Mouhammad a participé à de nombreux séminaires à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du pays, au Liban, en Irak et en République islamique d’Iran.

Conférence 2012 de Zahraa, symbole de l’unité islamique à Najaf ; Conférence Sheikh Bahai à Beyrouth
Conférence 2014 de l’Assemblée internationale du peuple de la Chambre (que la paix soit sur lui) à Téhéran ;
Conférence des savants de la résistance au Liban Et la conférence de Damas pour la rencontre arabe et islamique pour soutenir la résistance
2018 La conférence Ahl-Bayt Lovers (as) en Iran
Au Sénégal, Cheikh Mohamed Niang a participé à plusieurs conférences, séminaires et rencontres culturelles nationales islamiques, dont la dernière a été la participation au dialogue national qui s’est tenu au palais présidentiel le dernier Ramadan 2019 à l’invitation du Président de la République, Son Excellence le Président Macky Sall.
